TestElf LLC (“TestElf,” “We,” or “Us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our Website (“Visitors”) or individuals who register to use the Services as defined below (“Users” or “You”) on the TestElf Website. This Privacy Statement describes TestElf’s privacy practices in relation to the use of TestElf’s Website and the related applications and services offered by TestElf (the “Services”).

1. Information Collected

Like most website operators, TestElf collects information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools such as cookies (please see Section 4 of this Statement for details). This information includes the visitor’s browser type, language preference, referring site, additional websites requested and the date and time of each visitor request. TestElf also collects information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, which are potentially personally-identifying for logged in users. TestElf’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our Visitors use our website.

Visitors who wish to register with TestElf to use the Services must provide TestElf with personal contact information, such as name and email address, creating “User Personal Information.” Visitors may refuse to supply personally-identifying information, but that refusal may prevent them from engaging with TestElf’s Services.

TestElf does not offer our Service to children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected]

TestElf only collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the Visitor’s interaction with us.
